Scottish Govt have updated their website today.
Coronavirus (COVID-19): guidance on travel and transport – gov.scot (www.gov.scot)
Main thing for me is this that they are suggesting a test would need to be taken after arrival – as long as that remains the case and as long as Spain moves to green, then this could very well be on.
